I have been working with the Swing Wing . Which is said to increase distance of your swing but I am currently using it as a warm up. Since it uses wind resistance - I do feel an increase in swing speed before I tee off.  Is there a particular warm up drill that seems to work best or that you can recommend?

It helps.  Any time you can get lose and swing freely its going to help your swing.

the big thing warm up is spending 15-20 minutes stretching and either a small or a large bucket before you get to the first tee. Always finish with the club you plan to hit off the first tee.

if I have played the course and know the first hole I try to play the first hole on the range before teeing off. If it's driver 8 I'll hit them back to back a few times or d/w same thing...

I always try to stretch and putt before a round. If I have plenty of time I'll hit a bucket before.

Usually if I don't hit a bucket beforehand, it takes me 4-5 holes to get in a groove. Last weekend, I started Bogey, Triple, Double, Triple then went and grabbed 6 pars, 2 birds, and 2 bogeys to end up with 81. So I have to figure out how to play without the initial warmup bucket :).

I mean 20 minutes just stretching, i'm 26, very flexible and I still need to do it before every round then I hit a bucket.

When I was first getting to a single digit handicap I didn't stretch, My teacher recommended I did and when I finally got over myself and stretched and hit a warm up bucket I averaged 2 strokes less the first 5 holes after that.
