If the answer to any the above questions is "no", then get ready to work your tail off, find a swing coach (I don't consider high school coaches swing coaches in general, unless they're certified in some way), and by the time you're done with high school hopefully you have won or placed in the top 5 in your state, lead your team, and have gotten recruitment offers from colleges.
I think it's fine to have the PGA be your end goal, but you need to be able to do the little things too. Like for me, this summer I'm playing in my first tournament. It's for charity, but it's my first go at some real golf with some really good players. Baby steps to your goal.

Yes, best scorer on my team, and have ten colleges that are looking to recruit me. Macmurry, North Park University, Walla Walla Community College, North Idaho College, Central College of Iowa, Transylvania, Millsaps college, Carl Sandburg Community College, Warner Pacific, and Eastern Arizona Community College.
