Any drills to stop de-lofting the driver?

I de-loft the driver horribly at impact.  I have a very strong grip as a result of being a lifelong slicer of the ball.  As I've tamed the slice (somewhat) my ball flight has drastically dropped.  In fact the only shot with the driver I can get up in the air is that high slice/cut, otherwise it's low.  This is a result of being above plane after I start down on the ball and come into impact outside-in.   Any ideas for drills to work on at the range to add more loft or promote hitting up on the ball?

Nike Vapor Speed driver 12* stock regular shaft
Nike Machspeed 4W 17*, 7W 21* stock stiff shafts
Ping i10 irons 4-9, PW, UW, SW, LW AWT stiff flex

I was delofting for a couple rounds this year. Weight less forward and right shoulder lower at address. Cured (for now).

I had the same exact "problem" as you..de-lofting of the driver.  I changed to a 12 degree driver which does help (but, I figured it out and went back to my 10.5)  I also noticed that when I made my driving stance wider (compared to narrow) that helped me hit up on the ball also.  Main thing is to remember to stay behind the ball with weight forward at impact.  Are you teeing the ball high enough also?

Push hips a bit more forward at address. This will drop your rear shoulder a bit.  Try to maintain that feel through the backswing and then hips more forward at impact.  Do 25, 50 and 75% swings at first to get used to the feeling.  Also try not to over swing in your backswing.

      Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun.       Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
