Everything is about to change - Page 2

I do not think your life is over...but....it will be different.

My little girl is almost 2 now and we are working on potty training....so I spend a great deal of time in the bathroom.

Long story short, the piece of advice I will give you is to remember that sometimes when you are debating about whether you can play golf, your wife may make you feel you are being selfish for wanting to play. Just remember that while it might make you feel guilty, you are still a good person and wanting at least a little time where you can get away is normal.

Good luck with everything and enjoy it.

My daughter is now 9 months and I haven't noticed a change in my golf life. Now that I think about it tho, this is probably because I was working full time and getting an MBA full time at the same for the two years before my daughter was born. Still, I play at least once a month with range visits 2-3 times a month. I did buy a range mat so I can keep my swing loose while at home (no net tho).

Twins may complicate things, but during that first the baby sleeps most of time (16hrs or more per day). My wife and I take turns doing our hobbies.

I hope to play more this summer, but we'll see.
