is there a market for these? I really want a sun mountain four five, but I can't justify it if I have to throw away my extras that work perfectly fine.

Take them, along with any old clubs you might have, to the nearest First Tee chapter. I promise that the satisfaction you get will be worth far more than the couple of dollars you'd get from selling them used.

Just bought a Four 5 yesterday and I love it.

That is the best idea I have heard in a long time. I plan on looking this up and taking in an old Ping hoofer and some old clubs i no longer need.

I donate all my used clubs and bags to youth golf thru either First Tee or what ever program is in need. When i was n the pawn business I use to clean out golf bags when they came out for sale. I would take all the golf balls, gloves and misc items and donate them too.

i have one very nice cart bag that really probably has no use at first tee.  i hope that doesn't sound rude, it's just nice and bulky and i can't see any kids wanting it.

the walking bag is a different story.  i've tried CL with no results, but maybe i'll put it on ebay.  it's just going to be a bia to ship.  i was hoping maybe someone would know a place that accepts them as trade ins or something.  a pawn shop might be a good option.

either way i pulled the trigger on the four five.  closeout sale and it was only $120 so i didn't really feel like i had a choice, and my other bags don't completely suit my needs :)

I love this idea, and have never thought about it before.

I have a couple bags, drivers, hybrids, and a bunch of wedges that aren't worth anything in trade in value, and I'm never going to use them again.  They're just sitting in a spare bag collecting dust, this would be perfect for them.  They're not old or crappy looking, I just have no need for them.  I'll have to call them and see where I can drop them off.

    • Day 35, June 8. Before leaving for work this morning (yes, I'm posting this quite late relative to the practice), I spent 15 minutes practicing at home, into a net.  This time, it was primarily 9-iron (full swings), with some UW (full and half) and a few 6-iron.
    • Day 73: just some mirror work today. Working on feels for being open and getting the front shoulder down.
    • I'm liking this. Finally getting down hands in front of my trail leg pocket consistently at A6 with much better clubhead position (relatively not as tipped out). I can really pressure the shaft through impact with good face control  from this position and stay in balance. Won my first one v one march 5&4 against a 4 hcp who routinely drives it 35-40 yards past me in the men's club match play . Frustrated him with some solid iron play and air tight putting.
    • Day 279 6-8  Worked on low point control skills work tonight. will be doing this for a few weeks. Tonight was just trying figure out how to get low point forward.  No ball.
    • Day 8 (Jun 8 26) - Stayed the drill but added two additional irons (7i, 8i and 9i) - using Divot Board and hard foam balls - focused on tempo and purposed pause at the top….noticing how open the club is marking the board when I try to kill it and how much more square (and better distance) when I focus on these keys.
