Very solid looking swing!

It's hard to get much from the full speed video, but here are a couple of observations. One question first, is the high fade starting left and going right or starting right and going righter?

Looks to me that you have your baseline (where you are aiming your body) shifted out to the right at address relative to where you're aiming the club face. Is that intentional?

If not, and you're expecting the ball to start along your stance line, pretty much everything is going to feel like a bit of a pull.

Other than that, there are just a couple of indications that your club path is tending to go to the left, which is going to promote a pull or fade. Shaft is above the right forearm in the downswing (would tend to be lower for a draw pattern) and then comes out lower on the exit (would tend to be higher for a draw pattern.) Some of that is camera angle, I think, but still a pointer.

I've got a feeling (and we can't substantiate this without a face-on video), that you are letting your upper center (head etc.) go forward a little towards the target in the transition. There's just something about that move from the top that looks a little off even from the rear view.

But again, really nice swing in general. I think a good instructor could sort you out very quickly.

If (or when) you want to hit a draw the club face has to be closed to the path of the club head at impact. That can be done at set up (with a stronger grip) or with more forearm rotation through impact. Since the swing looks pretty good the easiest experiment is to strengthen the grip just a little.

Having a little more time this afternoon (my time) to look at your video -- the other thing that strikes me is what you do with your legs in the downswing.

Here you are at the top compared to a very good player (Alex Cejka) who has quite a similar look. Your legs have worked properly to this point: the right leg has lost some flex to allow the right hip to go back and up. The left leg has gained some flex.

Now things start to look a little different. Alex has regained some flex in his right (and left, though you can't see it) leg as he compresses down into the ground for power and moves his hips towards the target. This is one of the big keys that allows him to create a rightward club path and to consistently draw the ball. By contrast, you have kept your right leg straight from it's position at the top and started straightening your left as well, which is going to tend to have the opposite effect -- sending your path to the left of the target line 

People often refer to this move as the "squat" -- Sam Snead is probably the most famous example.

Notice how his knees are getting further apart, rather than closer together, in the middle frame. That'll probably be a pretty good feel for you, too.

Anyway, as previously mentioned, a face on video would really help tie all this speculation together.
