Go Arnie, Looks like Phil will be spending time with the family. HICKS just drained a 50 footer, nice putt.Tiger has had some nice shots but a few mishaps.

Woods with 2 misses inside 4 feet and still 4 under for the round (and SGP 0.9). Crazy game

Tiger just 3jacked.  That one hurt as he had that birdie in the bag.  He still should be alright though.  He's got the short par5 16th ahead of him.

I love watching the online coverage of golf events, because you get to see things you don't normally get to see.  Example: Garrigus just completely duffed a greenside bunker shot on 16 and left it in the bunker.  Sometimes you forget how human these guys are because all the TV cameras show are the superstars and people making birdies.

Frank Nobilo just commented on a slow motion sequence of Justin Rose's swing with the driver (he hit a fade) and said, more or less that Justin hit that fade with a closed clubface and you hit draws with the club face slightly open."  What a breathe of fresh air to hear an announcer speak the truth!!!!!!!!!c3_clap.gif

Better now than at the Masters I'd say.

He's not gonna finish like that too many times.

Weather had a little to do with it.

Keegan with a studder-step, address, step-away, spit, studder-step, address....and some guy yells "balk" from the crowd....I usually detest the crowd yelling stuff, but that was funny. Dude is becoming a Furyk and needs to clean up his preshot routine - this is getting old watching all of the nonsense he does.

Why would Tiger play the way he played  today?  Because I picked him in TST fantasy golf this week.  (I do have Rose as well though).

For Tiger to play that poorly and still be in it is impressive.

Bill Haas is an all around good guy - wouldn't be upset if he wins it, but expect that TW will charge today and Haas will falter.

Final 36 Holes

It is going to be a very interesting final 36 holes at Arnie's place this weekend! You got two young guns at the front with Tiger 4 back! I don't know if Tiger will be able to get the final 3 holes of yesterday out of his mind?! If anyone can forget its Tiger. I like Justin Rose chances, he has a great swing and beat Tiger head up in a tournament last fall over in Turkey! Bill Haas is a very good player, and if close tomorrow he will play hard like he did to win the FedEx cup! It's going to rain all weekend here in SE Tn, so I will make a pot of chili and watch the drama unfold!!

He doesn't do it on every shot.  I wonder if it is nerves.  It looks like he is going to do the High Jump.

Castano played his practice round with Olesen.....both are playing pretty damn good. Here he is teeing off on the 10th tee last Tues.

I don't know if anyone saw it, but Ricky Fowler grounded his club in the hazard on # 8 at Bay Hill?! We will see?!
