Don't try this at home?

 

My favorite one is when the guy hits a shot on the edge of a water hazard and his buddy tries to help him not fall in.

What the hell is wrong with those people? d2_doh.gif I always use a cart and I've never rolled one, flipped one, fell out of one or hit anything with one. a3_biggrin.gif

Don't care too much for a lot of the cart videos cuz it looks like some of those people might have gotten really hurt.  However, the one where the guy tips it while turning and just kinda stands up inside of it while it falls around him is a pretty smooth move.

 

I also like the little kid who goes running after the ball on the mini golf and falls into the water, and the guy who jumps over the cart and gives himself the wedgie of all wedgies.

 

Oh, and is it a penalty when you hit the ball off a rock wall and then take it in the face?  It is, huh?

At 1:54, how fast was that cart going? Pretty much all carts around here have regulators on them.

I must admit that every time I am trying to read a putt from the edge of our island green I have a flash of a nightmare about falling off of the green backwards.

 

I hope there were no serious injuries in the cart wrecks (even though most of them were idiots that were bound to get hurt sooner or later).

Yeah it seems like a majority of the cart videos were Jackass-esque, trying to do crazy stuff with a golf cart on purpose.  

 

Stuff like this that has happened to me

 

- My son smacked a tree head in a cart with me in the passenger seat, no injuries 

 

- Playing in a match play tournament, my opponent hit a terrible drive into the right trees, and in trying to hit some low punch cut shot he hits it through the fairway, ball ricochets off a tree in the left rough, then hits me in the back and hits my bag.  It just kind of stung but the funny thing is if you hit your opponent's equipment during a match, you have the option of immediately recalling the stroke and playing the shot again (Rule 19-3).  The guy knew this, replayed his shot and ended up making a par.  I ended up winning the match though a1_smile.gif

I actually had my son out last year. I was driving the cart fairly slowly and was reaching down with my left hand to get his ball. I heard a thud and he had fallen out of the cart and the back wheel went over his legs. He must have stood up to try and get ready to go get the ball. I freaked out pretty bad, thought maybe his legs were broken. He was pretty scared but was ok. Does not like golf carts anymore...understandably.

The cart stuff is scary. People tend to forget how heavy all those batteries inside are. If one of those things rolls over on you, it's not going to be pretty ...

 

I laughed out loud at the guy right at the end.
