7 wood , what iron and hybrid does it replace?

Depends on how a model of woods is configured. Lofts on 7Ws vary by mfgr.
For the original RBZs...
- 3W = 15*
- 3W.HL = 17* (like, it's a 4W )
- 5W = 19*
- 7W = 21*
I use 3W.HL (carry about 215) and a 7W (carry about 195).
The 4H = 22* (with shaft about 1.5" shorter) carries about 180.
I also use a 4i = 24*, carries about 175 (with noticeably lower trajectory then 4H)
As far as which hybrid it replaces, it depends... Traditional hybrids fall between FWs and irons in shaft length. Iron-replacement hybrids match a model of irons, with the 3H replacing the 3i, 4H replacing 4i, etc.
I believe a 21 deg 7 wd replaces most 3i or 3 Hybrids - it is traditionally 21 degrees with a 41 inch shaft. But the OEMs have blurred traditional - now you see a 7 wood from 21-23 degrees in 42-42.5 inch shafts - it is ridiculous, and based on marketing slogans - "we are longer." Yes, if you can hit a 42.5 inch shaft consistently
