LOL!  Well, I want to be able to give out more but I could only allocate 50 units for this giveaway.  ~30-32 went to TST and the rest went to our local driving range.

What I'm working on is getting a discount code together for TST members.  It won't make the Torc "free" but it'll knock off 20% ($5.00) from the $20 retail.  As soon as I get it up and running, I'll post something here and start a new thread.  Another promo we did a while ago was got a bunch of schwag (golf shirts, hats, etc).  Maybe we can get some kind of contest going where I can give some of those away too.  Stay tuned...

Yes, the giveaway is over, I'll post the link to the promotional code thread when Torc Golf starts it.  Thanks to everyone for the interest.

TORC Swingtrainer giveaway

Hey- Just wanted to say thanks, mine came today! I thought I got shutout of the giveaway when I posted a bit late. I guess one of the other winners must have had some scandalous video posted or something and had to relinquish the crown. Came a bit late for the morning range visit, but tomorrow is a real play day, so I'll give it a try. First impression is that it's a 'bit' fiddly to get on, but that will come easier with use, I guess. Stays in position well, so it's better than one of those weight rings that only sits on the head. Rubber doesn't mar the shaft as far as I can tell so far. I will follow up later once it's part of the routine. Thanks again!

Mine came today, and my initial reaction was "this is a bit lighter than I thought it was going to be." I spent 5 minutes swinging a pw with it in the various positions and my reaction now is "Wow". Simple design, easy to use and it really engages different muscles and trains them based on feel. I'm loving it because I don't practice much, so I could really benefit by maximizing the time I have.

I wanted to thank Torc Golf and look forward to spreading the word!

Haven't received mine yet but I'm happy to hear it's not overly heavy. I was using a Hybrid head cover on my 6 iron as a training weight and that was more than enough weight for my purposes. I expect the Torc to serve the same purpose but with the added flexibility of being able to place it anywhere on the shaft whereas the head cover can only be used on the head (duh). I have always found those weighted swing trainers to be WAY too heavy and have heard a lot of people say that it just trains you to swing slower which is obviously not what you're after. Really looking forward to trying this puppy out!

Received mine today and took it out for a test spin.  Could really feel the added weight and it is really easy to use and move around.  Looking forward to doing more testing but so far so good!

I received mine today and decided to test it out.  I love the fact that I can attach it to the club AND hit balls.

First thought: It's much lighter than I thought it would be.  I normally warm up with the 8oz swing sock.  And although that is great for stretching I am not able to hit the ball with that on the end of my club.

I put the TORC swing trainer on my PW (burner 2.0 OEM stiff flex) and I can feel the difference.  I tried the swing trainer at all different points based on the instructions from the websites youtube video.  I can honestly say after limited use I was striking the ball better.  I did not notice a distance gain but what I did notice is I hit the sweet spot with ease after removing the swing trainer.  I am excited to test it out tomorrow in my warm up before my round.

I got several looks at the range when I attached it and one guy asked me if I made them.  I just pulled the tag from the bag and gave it to him (the tag lol).

I plan to play about 2 practice rounds this week before my league round Saturday.  I will definitely report my findings.

Just got mine yesterday too. One quick thought. After visiting the website, I realized the range of uses available.....but there's no literature with the product. A little tri-fold pamphlet or small card that could be referred to on the range would be nice.

Looking forward to trying it out....

Just a quick update... We got a few people who wanted to participate on the free offer after the promotion closed. I ended up sending them one anyways since it was only a few. We also decided to ship to Canada but damn it's a timely and expensive process! :)

Rather than starting another thread (don't want to spam TST) please post your reviews HERE and on our FB page. If you're up to it and am having a "good hair day" please send us a pic of you and the Torc! Can be via FB or send thru email! We are looking to post them on our website :) Thanks!

And when he says "here" he of course means on the product page, not in the thread. :)

Mine was in the mail yesterday too.  Many thanks to Torc Golf for the giveaway.  I briefly tried it in my living room (work and rain kept me inside) with an SW yesterday and it made me feel like the muscles were stretching more than when I normally warm up.  I'll give it a good effort when I'm off on Tuesday and post on the review side and Facebook.  Just wanted to say thanks again for the chance to try it out..

Got mine Saturday and will be trying it out tomorrow ..had a busy weekend  that sadly did not involve golf in anyway...but I will put a couple hours in tomorrow and write my thought on the swing trainer .
