Just from a quick glance, if the last post has your updated swing on the top and the old swing on the bottom that you've made a great improvement in keeping your head more over the ball. You seemed to have a bad habit of moving your head and having it stay way behind the ball. I would assume that you are hitting a lot fewer fat shots now that you've made this change.

A lot fewer...all these changes took well over a season and a half..hardest thing I ever did..literally

I've been playing for 31 yrs...just bought a ipad last year with a tripod. I would swing in my barn and match my swing with Mchatton to fix cast and get better impact. Once I got that, I studied on SITD with diz and guys...learned a opposing hand grip. That grip doesn't make me cast or flip prior to impact.. That grip was a game changer..pulling back with right hand..squaring face with left. Right turns CW left is resisting turning CCW the whole way, and I grip an inch down..tons of work..maybe doesn't look perfect, but I'm happy I can nail good impact. Impact is the key to good golf IMO

so where is the grip explained? i like the swing, the way you stay down at impact is something i can do.
