Rolling the ankles to start the downswing

Started doing this this morning on the range. Basically from the top rolling BOTH ankles target wards to start my weight shift and downswing. Seemed to work nicely. Anyone else do this? Comments? Dangers? Edit* I think I saw a post by Dave W. talking about something like this but I'm not sure.

Is it what you were asked to do in evolvr? :)

Kind of an extrapolation while waiting for my next lesson but very much in line (I hope) with what I'm doing with Evolvr.

@Iacas Kinda cryptic there Erik. Now I'm all paranoid wondering if I'm going in the wrong direction or if I've made a connection to a good feel for my particular issues. Your post is going to cause me to lose sleep lol.

It shouldn't. Just don't search for things to work on. You're on evolvr, and you'll do well to just attack the specific things in your lessons.

Doesn't mean you can't ask questions… just don't go searching for things. :)
