What's become of Sean-Miller? - Page 3

Just read thru a few of Datsyuk's posts. I dunno if that's Sean or not but the dude is abrasive as f*ck. Real holier than thou attitude. The similarities are there but amplified. I preferred the first generation Sean_Miller.

Come on back, plenty of room in the jerk section (I'll move over and make some space), we need more jerks around here, especially ones that can spell.

Or you can join me in the d-bag section. :)  I'll make room too!

(I still think there is a use for 'I, personally', though, so maybe you don't want to be sitting by me d2_doh.gif)

I am doing OK but have a fairly long way to go.

If you heard a muffled shout that sounded as if it had come all the way from Australia when Adam Scott made that put a little while back, that was me :-)

I do appreciate the well wishes and am happy to see that the site is doing so well and has attracted a lot of positive and enthusiastic new members.

I will return to the site when the terms "going forward" and "I personally" have been eradicated. a1_smile.gif

P.S. Iacas - if you're reading this....that's a helluva lefty swing you've got there!

Can't you at least tell us what it was about Beach's JT post that set you off?  a2_wink.gif

This is gonna turn into a "whatever happened to this f***in guy?" thread. a1_smile.gif

Like Stretch said, get well soon going forward, Shorty!

I personally miss your adherence to very tough love as a necessary adjunct to everyday forum interaction.

When you do get better, I expect you to return with the same superheroesque unchangeable code:

Whenever newbs need to be told they'll never make it on the PGA Tour: Shorty will be there! Whenever some clown comes on here and uses the word "anxious" when he really meant "eager," Shorty will be there! Whenever a Jesus freak puts a proverbial sandwich sign on himself and jumps on his internet soap box, Shorty will be there!

Yea, I never liked to be in his crosshairs, but when it was someone else... I had my popcorn out a3_biggrin.gif

Since Erik completed the East Wing there is more than enough room for the D-bags and Jerks. There's even a cot in the locker room for Colin when he gets too drunk to go home!

Shorty, glad to see that rumours of your demise were exaggerated! Please join the discussion at your earliest convenience. If you run across our old buddy Sean, drag him back as well. The saltiness of the forum is greatly lacking.

Shorty, I always enjoyed your acerbic wit and comments.  I don't recall any of those comments directed at me, but if they were I probably got pissed off and then realized that I was talking to a master of the form and let it go.  I wish you the best in your recovery and hope that you feel well enough to return to regular posting soon.  Best wishes from Texas.  Get well soon.

I resent that remark.

Nevertheless, I can see I have to turn it up a few notches.  Challenge accepted!

Good deal! Just keep in mind that recipes call for salt in pinches and 1/2 teaspoons and not cups at a time, LOL.

Shorty, if you do come back, consider using this as your avatar.

I can't go home because my wife beats me with a telephone book...

I always liked Mr. Wiggles, too.  He was active for about 4 months but churned out 1200 posts over that time.

At least Shorty doesn't write "Just for my piece of mind", as you do. b2_tongue.gif

I was going to say I'd give him a "peace of my mind" but I think it would have been lost on him. e2_whistling.gif

Shorty, I actually wondered WTF happened to you a couple months ago, and reading these confirmed that I too am a DB since I realized that I agreed with you in almost all of your acrimonious exchanges.

And remember, forged irons are much softer than cast!

PS: Is that a toilet plunger in your updated avatar?
