Wait now I'm really confused.  I'd really like to see what happens with this scale with a 1 ball bucket and no kids watching!!  I'm guessing an infinity yard drive???

Every man has a limit; even me.

You're sick in the head.

I would love to have a 1 on 1, head to head playoff with you. Then we'd see who gets demoted to posing as a ice-cream seller.

Wait, would this playoff be basketball or a long drive contest?  Because I am good with watching either one.

You got weird first. Anyway, the novelty of this thread has more or less played out so...see ya.

Congrats on your pending "kick starter" award.

I went to the range earlier and I had a group of about 10 kids standing behind me gasping and clapping after every shot. I had a 100 ball bucket, do the math.

320/10+100 = 132 yards average drive.

What do I win?!?!

No, no no.  I think everyone missed the math on this. Hope this helps:

10 kids

Each one gasps

Each one claps

Estimate average of 8 claps per clapping session after each shot

100 balls in a bucket

So 10 gasps per shot x 100 shots = 1000 gasps.  That was the easy one.

Also, 8 claps per kid x 10 kids is 80 claps per shot x 100 balls = 8000 claps

Of course since we had to estimate the claps, we can never know for sure.  That is something the OP should have been more specific about.  Also, one or more of the kids could have gasped more than once on a given shot - like maybe the 390 yarder. Plenty of time in the air for 2 gasps.  But I think as close as we can reasonably get it is 1000 gasps and 8000 claps.

Hold on, I think all you long hitters are missing the point of golf here...

On a 400 yard par 4, I drive it 400 yards. On a 600 yard par 5, I drive it 600 yards. You have better chances at aces then. I'm currently working on beating my personal best of 14 holes-in-one in a row.

You might be able to give Kim Jon Il a run for his money!

Floris, I've wonder this for a while: did you choose that avatar or was it assigned to you? Either way, it's the bee's knees.

You look so happy.
