Hi all,

I've  been reading some threads on this forum for the last couple of days and I figured that I should make an account and add my two cents in when I have the chance.

A little bit about myself: I'll be a junior at the University of South Carolina, otherwise known as the real USC. I just started golfing about two months ago, maybe a little less, and I've definitely been bitten by the bug. Any general advice that can be given would be great, I'm still trying to figure out the best routine for the driving range and warming up before a round if anyone can help with that at all.

I'm a big sports fan in general; football, hockey, baseball and of course golf are at the top of my list, but I won't say no to a pick up game of anything or watching a game on TV.

I hope everyone's enjoying the British Open, even though the chances of me being up early enough to watch it live are slim to none.
