i want to hit both ways.
well in golf, yeah i normally hit rh, i never had the options of lh clubs around when i was younger. my dad played right so i learned right. i was a switch hitter in baseball for 13 years. Im making the switch to protect my left shoulder. i tore my rotator cuff when i was younger and recently i hurt it again by swinging a lot i guess. in a last ditch effort i tried to shorten my long swing to help but it was too late and now over 2-3 weeks later im still popping ibprofen and icing it.
My Stronger arm is my left, i threw left, though i could throw right some. im semi ambidextrous. my domin leg is my right. i shoot guns right handed, i use a mouse rh, i write left handed. my first swing when i was 4 right handed even though i threw lh, i added the left at 6. i wrote with both hands as a kid til i was told to go with one. so who knows.
Anyway, a few days ago i did start light swinging and stretching drills though, nothing with strength. i have a lh 7 iron a mate let me borrow and ive been hitting plastic balls at the fence.
the goal is to hit all my long clubs LH driver - 5,6,7 ? and my shorter clubs RH 8-Wedges and putt both ways. i have an old bulls eye style putter but its rusted so i dont use it but i also have separate left and right handed putters - but ill get a new double sided putter eventually.
