golf pride new decade multi compound on irons?

i currently use the tour wraps on my irons and i like them but on my woods i use the golf pride new decade multi compound grips. i am considering switching grips on my irons because i feel like they are affecting my ball striking? any reccommendations on your favorite grip?

I used to be a tour wrap full-cord guy (Florida heat/humidity).  Now I use the New Decades on all my clubs and consider them the best grip I've ever used, but I know some people prefer something a little softer.....

Driver: Titleist 910 D-3;  9.5* Diamana Kai'li
3-Wood: Titleist 910F;  15* Diamana Kai'li
Hybrids: Titleist 910H 19* and 21* Diamana Kai'li
Irons: Titleist 695cb 5-Pw
Wedges: Scratch 51-11 TNC grind, Vokey SM-5's;  56-14 F grind and 60-11 K grind
Putter: Scotty Cameron Kombi S
Ball: ProV1

thats what im afraid of! maybe i should look into the tour velvets? although i love the multi compounds on my woods. thanks for the reply

What am I missing? If you love them on your woods, why would you look for something different for your irons?
