Im new to golf so I need some help. Im looking into getting a new driver and was wondering about shaft flex. With a 3 wood I can hit 160 Yards. So with a driver I was wondering how far I can hit. So which shaft flex should I get. thanks
What shaft flex should i get?

Best guess is what Golfingdad said. No way to know for sure why you are hitting a 3W 160 yards (lots of possibilities).
Hitting that club 160 yards with nothing else to go on suggests that you need a senior flex with a low kick point and at most a regular flex with a low kick point, and probably with quite a bit of loft on the club head.
Be aware that the flex that is printed on the shaft means very little. A "Regular" from one company may be as stiff as a "Stiff" from another company and even shafts from the same company marked identically are not actually identical. I know of one guy that plays a "Ladies" club that is more stiff than some "Regular" shafts. That's why it's best to hit some balls and find a club that works the best.
I wish there were more uniform standards across the shaft industry, but there are not.
We'd still be speculating but if you could give us more info on yourself and your game, maybe we could at least come close.
I still suggest a fitting, but if you do that make sure the fitter understands you just started and he's going to have to fit you for the swing he anticipates you'll have more than the one you do have.
In fact, it's probably even better to hold off. Play with whatever you have for a few weeks or months until you develop something consistent, then go get fitted.
Any chance you could take a lesson or two? Once you get the basics down, you could get a better idea of what shaft flex you need.
A good pro could help you decide what club flex to get. Ask your friends or adults you know (parents are golfers?) for the name of a good pro in your area.
