Golf Pride New Decade mid-size on all but the putter. Love 'em.

Don't forget to consider the grip size. I don't have huge meat hooks but the mid-size are much more comfortable and seem to really help with control.

Pretty much the measuring guide is just that,  a guide.  Play what's comfy that doesn't much with your game.

I have medium hands and long fingers.  I'm barely in the guide for a midsize.  it's just not comfy.  I tape up to jumbo and find it perfect.  YMMV

Absolutely. Try different grips on one club and see how it works for you. If it's better (after several outings, not just a couple balls), re-grip the rest of your clubs with the new grip. If not, just re-grip the one back to what you had before.

The Lamkins have lasted 2 years in my irons and I use them frequently. I also clean them once per week. At the same time, I'm always looking for grips that hold in hot, humid conditions without a glove. When it gets in the high 80's, the glove comes on.
I too love these grips. I used to have some old Lamkin wraps that were 30 years old (freshly installed, were just lying in the garage) until I realized how much "grippier" the new ones felt. Not necessarily tacky, bu just less apt to let your hands slide.

I went simple and got the Winn DuraTech on all irons and woods.

Im a big fan of the Golf Pride Tour Wrap.  I just love the way a wrap grip feels.

Lamkin Crossline on all regularly used irons and woods. A few recently added clubs had good grips on them, but when I change, they will probably go to Crossline. I picked up a club I hadn't had in my hands in a while that had a Lamkin version of velvet cord and that has potential. I don't use a glove and the Crossline works well for me.

Former tour-wrap full-cord guy.  Have been using Golf Pride New Decades for about 2 years now.  LOVE 'em.

Lamkin Crossline Tour Cord on everything but my putter.  I hate wearing a glove and these work great even in 98% humidity in southern Ontario summers.

I have the Pure p2 wraps in white.  They stay looking pretty nice and tacky, but they do yellow a bit every time you touch them.  Even when I first put them on they looked yellow where I touched them.  It does not bother me too much it is just what happens for whatever reason.  Just wanted to let you know.

Golf Pride Multi-Compunds Black/Red on everything but the putter. I usually get the original Scotty grip from the website to replace my putter grip.

Lots of love on this thread and this site for Pure Grips. Which Pure Grips feel most like Iomic Stickies?

I don't know. Haven't ever used Iomic Stickies.

But perhaps a big part of the reason that people like PURE Grips is that they don't feel like Iomic Stickies (or wear out as quickly, or cost as much)?

I Think I'm going to give the Lamkin REL 3GENs a try this fall when I regrip. Price is right ($4 a pop at Golftown) and it sounds like they're a good balance of soft and firm with plenty of tackiness which I like. Been gloveless for two seasons now and have become much pickier with my grips.

Thanks to Erik, I'm a big fan of Pure Pro's and DTX Firm.  Not only do I love the feel of the Pure grips (which are on all my clubs) but also I can re-grip my clubs when ever I want without the mess of solvent all over the place.

Even though I wear a ML cadet glove (shorter than average fingers), I find I get a better grip with the midsize grips.

I've read a few comments/articles over the last few months (*after* I got my grips) that many people play grips that are too small for them.

I have to agree, GP Tour Velvet +1 wrap is the grip I like the most. I have tried a bunch of different grips and keep coming back to the Tour Velvet.

Lamkin Crossline is a very close second choice.

Lamkin Crossline for me. Tried plenty but I don't think you can beat these. Great grip and great value.
