I've been doing a drill with a twig four inches behind the ball and i do well with that but when i bring it in 2 inches i sweep the twig or break it.
Ive seen drills to put your weight forward with your back heel up but i feel so unbalanced in this type of drill. is there another drill i can work on or should i just focus on the stick/pen etc behind the ball.
I normally leave a small divot under the ball going out an inch or two. or i start a divot and inch or two behind that goes an inch or two in front. any tips?
should i not focus on divots and just go as is or will hitting pro divots help me in any way?
