so many putts though missed that were hole winning putts. they seem to be making the ones to halve the holes but they are missing a LOT of putts that can put matches away early

Shows you that the best players in the world don't make every putt every day- even when they have a 6 point lead, which is pretty good IMO.

I think maybe we get jaded sometimes as TV coverage tends to focus on the guys leading a tournament (who are usually have a better than average putting week) and shows replays of the other guys when they sink a long putt or hit a spectacular shot.  With this format, there is more attention played to the guys that are not as hot.

What are those white wrap looking things that the Internationals are wearing on their wrists? Similar to the tape on tennis players? Like an anelgesic?

The morning results turned everything around quickly... interesting.

Early ... all I see are US guys missing short putts or fatting chips  (Hunter) to blow opportunities.

Haven't watched yet today but yesterday or the day before there was a pair (can't remember who) on the international team that each had wrist injuries and had tape on their wrists.

If there are more than that wearing tape on their wrists I don't know...

Nice comeback here

You can say that again.

I've been downed by a cold so this is good watchin'

They made it more interesting than it needs to be--but that's golf.

The Internationals made some shots today (DeLaet) and we were duffing them.

The Ryder Cup meltdown is casting a long shadow.

Good lord. She almost makes Miley Cyrus look attractive in comparison.

What a revolting sight. Someone needs to eat.

I have a soft spot for red heads...They caught her in some unattractive poses though....

I was there.  Needless to say pretty speechless haha.

Is she holding her cell phone? Maybe she tweeted before she took it all off? Unexpected nudity is normally pretty bad. This was awesome.

ahhh . .squirrels and naked red-heads . .at least there was something interesting about the 2013 Pres Cup.  I want the Pres Cup to be as compelling as the Ryder Cup .. I really do .. it just isn't, though - at least not for me.

Axing Norman as the captain because he prefers Omega to Rolex is a joke. Sad that he will no longer involved in the tournament.

What are you talking about? I haven't read the entire thread to see if this has been a discussion point. Also, Norman does himself no favors with his inane comments and massive ego.

It IS a joke.  Because there are so many better reasons for dropping him.  Starting with the fact that he lives in his own little whinery.
