Ok - so it may not be Univ of Tenn worthy, but I'm perfectly happy with my club's newly rehabbed practice facility complete with grass tees and an awesome short game area.

In fact - might head over there now that I've got the itch.

The closest thing I have is the practice facility at Scottish Highlands in Salem, NH.  They have grass tees, two sand traps adjacent to the pitching green with up to 90 yard shot, a chipping and putting green.
