The Tour goes worldwide, the players revel in  riches, the PGA  gets sued, the R&A changes the rules, the fans get saturated... but who wins?  And who cares?

My problem with articles like this is that the WSJ is really not a sports or golf newspaper.  So why are they writing the article?  It  is not particularly detailed.  It is more griping than anything else.  They should stick to finance.

Seriously though, equating the European expansion issue and lots of controversial things happening to golfers lately... that's a stretch at best.
