The title speaks for itself. I slice the drive horribly. Any tips?

First of all try to eliminate your outside-inside swing path as much as possible. Even with solid contact (square) if your downswing is on a inside path after impact you will impart side spin on the ball and slice-ville it is!

describe the ball path. does it start out straight and take a right turn or go right the whole way?

Well....It starts out straight and then turns...So I mostly AIM left. Are there any drills I can do at home? What about that little apparatus that they sell....It has a little foam piece if you hit when you have the wrong swing path

well, aiming left is likely making the slice much worse. I'd
recommend a few things to try to correct.

1) shorten your backswing... usually the easiest to implement take a
nice short backswing and focus on firing your right arm down the
target line. in my experience many slices are caused by getting off
plane due to a way to long backswing.

2) at address put another golf club right behind your club and push
it backwards on takeaway (make sure noone is behind you). and then
stay on plane and swing through the ball.

what i would suggest is putting some kind of obstacle (like an upside down bucket or tees or something) on the outside-in path, so that you would be forced to swing inside-out

crappy diagram:

straight path< ----------------<--<-----(tee)-----<----<----------------

with an obstacle 1. just to the right of the tee and above the straight path
as well as an obstacle 2. just to the left of the tee and below the straight path
or something to that effect.. that would force you to take the inside out path to avoid hitting the obstacles

I guess my post may not have been of too much help since I just outlined what might be (to my best guess) one of your problems. I would suggest, if you haven't, to read up on some swing mechanics. I myself am too lazy to read actual books, so I look to online resources when I need some help. Reading will help you diagnose your own problem (good investment for the future of your game) and jot down some tips that can be helpful to you. Everyone swings differently and some tips work for some people while they do not work for others. Two websites with online lesson tips are:

golf.com and golftipsmag.com . I'm sure there are tons others. When I have problems, I work from the ground up and check my basics first. Then I read up on my specific issue and jot down some tips that I think will work for me - not too many or it will just clutter your brain which is the last thing you want for golf. Before heading to the range/course I read up these 3 or so tips and visual my swing in comparison with the ideal corrected swing and make note of what I think I am doing wrong and how I can fix it. Sometimes the solution will work right away and other times it will take 2 or 3 visits. It's arduous, but just as rewarding.

Check that your shoulders are parallell to the target line, if the shoulders are open compared to the target line you get a outside-in swing path --> slice.

I had a horrible slice with my drivers and pretty much every shot over 200 yards.
I had to regrip, it was as easy as that, and now even my driver is dead straight. How long has it been since you checked and tested up your grip around the club?

I have made one hole in one this far. While you are reading this, I am most likely out on the tee trying to sink another one

Here are a couple of things that I've done that have helped me: First of all I only tend to slice drives so this only applies to such. (I'm a righty) i have my left foot even with the ball on the tee, aimed slightly left. I have my right foot behind my left foot. I then focus on taking the club back while keeping my left wrist as straight as possible, and on the downswing (as mentioned above) i try to keep the swing path tight, so I'm hitting under the ball and not across it. I don't know if any of that will help you out, but good luck!

I used to have a horrible slice that basically went about 200 yards and 60 right. What has really helped me is I started turning my hands over through the swing. Before I was keeping my hands in the samer position throughout the swing, which pretty much kept the club face open no matter what. Now that I am turning my hands over it allows me to have a better swing path and helps me close the club face.

First, make sure it is not your swing path as stipulated in many previous posts. Secondly, make sure you are allowing your hands to release the club through impact. A good drill for this is to make sure your left forearm(for rightys) is facing the ground after impact. This will kind of force you to turn your hands over. Loosen your grip as much as possible, because a tight grip inhibits hand action through the ball.

Here is my list of usual suspects that cause a slice.

Not releasing
Pulling away and across body
Bad finish (on heel, rolled out on front foot, right shoulder up)
Poor ball position – too far forward
Poor alignment – to the left
Left arm tension

I also have a graphic which illustrates what happens to cause a slice. This is looking over the ball.

As you can see the clubface is open relative to the target while the path of the club is the opposite direction of where the face is pointing.

Equipment, Setup, Finish, Balance, and Relax. All equal in importance and all dependent on each other. They are the cornerstones of a good golf swing.

Wow...Thanx for the tips... Well...One....I started aiming left..Well...cause I was hitting RIGHT.....I had no idea that would make it worse....I did notice when a friend pointed out that my LOWER half was lined up fine, but my shoulders were a little off.

I played 18 today and shot a 94....But that was with three or four triples. I manage to birdie the hardest hole, cause of a really good drive and did adjust my grip on the range before hand...It just feels weird gripping it a different way after the wrng way for the whole year...LOL Thanx, and I will read up on some mechanics

I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
