My Swing (wavegolf) - Page 2

A lot of interesting ideas. I definitely appreciate all the thoughts by @mvmac: really thought-provoking. I've actually heard similar feedback from others regarding the left leg and the losing of the flex during the backswing, so getting this kind of positive reinforcement is helpful. The only question i have is what kind of feelings I should try to feel in losing the flex in the right knee. When I try to do so, the right knee tends to lock and the entire backswing loses control. I was wondering if there are any feelings that I can use in order to ensure that the feeling is effective and controlled.

Thanks

The feelings/visual described in this video are good.  Feel that you are "stretching" your right side, right hip goes up, left goes down.  Could also add some practice swings where you feel that you "push" the ground away from you, with the right leg/foot.
