I've been Playing Golf for: 4 months (softball forever)
My current handicap index or average score is: ugly (120) . . . my putting kills me BUT I want to work on fundamentals first.
My typical ball flight is: grounders - mid flight . . . can hit an 8 iron & pitching wedge really well and straight though
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: hit ground behind ball with long irons . . . reduce slice on driver.
For experimental purposes last week, I switched from wrapping pinkey finger grip to holding driver like a baseball bat and I NO LONGER slice the ball! That's crazy. Before the switch they always went long and straight and then faded the left at the end. (similar to a right handed baseball batter hitting to first base).
I realize I have a lot of sway, but I don't know how to correct that.
The video of the great golfer is from Shawn Clement's website. It's hard finding video of left handed females.
I pray my neighbors don't see this, they already think I'm crazy. :-)
Thanks in advance!
