f you are one of the many out there that loved the RBZ™, then you're going to love this next stick even more. We're talking about the RBZ™ Stage 2 stick from CCM, also powered by TaylorMade®.

CCM Hockey and TaylorMade® Golf have partnered, once again, on enhancing the technologies that made the original RBZ™ stick so great. The RBZ™ Stage 2 stick features what CCM likes to refer to as Power Swing Technology. This has a direct correlation to what golfers refer to as swing speed and basically means optimal weight distribution in order to give you a balanced stick with a smooth and fast swing motion. Just like the original RBZ™, the Stage 2 has a constant flex profile in the shaft which gives you a Custom Kick Point that is determined by the placement of your lower hand. Typically, the kick point of a stick is predetermined by its construction for a specific type of release. The RBZ™ Stage 2, however, adapts to your playing style.

For the construction of the shaft, CCM uses an aerial grade carbon which is a contributing factor in the relatively light weight of this stick. The senior shaft uses a Traditional geometry with square-corners, while the intermediate, junior and youth uses a Contoured geometry with rounded corners for better fit and feel for smaller hands. The RBZ™ Stage 2 comes with the grip finish plus is also available in non-grip for the senior models only.

There's really no visible taper to the RBZ™ Stage 2 because of the constant flex profile, just a nice transition of where the blade and shaft meet.

The blade is where the most significant advancements occur on this stick. If you thought the puck came off your RBZ™ with high velocity, you'll probably freak out at how much faster it will be with the RBZ™ Stage 2. What makes it Freakishly Fast? Speedblade 2 has Freak Channels. Instead of using foam in the core, finely tuned channels circulate through the blade in such a way that the coefficient of restitution or C.O.R. is increased by 20% in comparison to the already fast speed channels design of the RBZ™. Basically, this is a trampoline effect of the amount of energy return at the point of impact which results in a shot with increased velocity. These are some of the same principles that power the TaylorMade® Rocketballz™, which is why you'll find the "Powered by TaylorMade®" graphic proudly displayed on the stick.

Don't settle for fast when you can be Freakishly Fast with the RBZ™ Stage 2 stick from CCM.

The above.

    • Eh. He broke ONE of Tiger's records. Youngest to be ranked #1 in AJGA. It didn't help that Tiger's birthday is in late December, or that Tiger didn't play many AJGA events before he was 15. Did he do any of these things? TIGER WOODS' AMATEUR VICTORIES YEAR WIN(S) 1984 10-and- under Junior World Golf Championships Boys    1985 10-and- under Junior World Golf Championships Boys    1988 Boy's 11-12 Junior World Golf Championships   1989 Boy's 13-14 Junior World Golf Championships   1990 Boy's 13-14 Junior World Golf Championships, Insurance Youth Golf Classic   1991 U.S. Junior Amateur, Boys 15–17 Junior World Golf Championships, Orange Bowl International Junior Look at some other AJGA Players of the Year. How many of these names do you recognize? A few, for sure. I assure y'all, I'm not trying to pee in your Cheerios. I just don't get what the point is. Okay. I get that, then. Thanks.
    • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
    • Just stumbled onto the article.  Totally random and thought it might be interested to hear other thoughts. maybe I am tired of all the LIV crap and  this just caught my attention.
    • Day 1: Spent some time hitting some balls. Working on my hips and a “soft” and straight trail arm.
