I'm neither an instructor or a single digit handicap, but I think I can suggest a couple things if you'd like.
My main concern is, right after you start the downswing, your elbows are almost pointed in opposite directions, left and right from this camera angle. This is both a symptom and a problem IMO.
Notice rory's straight left arm and his right forearm is almost vertical with the ground? He's pretty good.
Your right elbow points somewhere to the left, if you don't come over the top and slice or pull it you'd need to move towards the ball and swing way in to out, resulting in hookery, pushery and shankery. Rarely would one be able to hit the ball particularly straight (without a lot of curve, not meaning overall accuracy) with that move and I wasn't shooting under 100 until I fixed it myself. You're also probably a bit farther from the ball than he is because you hate shanking it and your current spot is best with your swing, but that should fix itself with improvement.
Rory's swing is naturally a bit more upright which you might not necessarily have to copy, and he makes a really athletic turn, and he also shifts his weight forward to the target, not onto his toes. This gives him a bit more room to come in to out for a draw but do it more gradually and hit it straighter. If your right side is in the way, obviously your hands and arms can't pass through your hip and they have to go around instead. Not going around the long way means it's a shorter and more efficient path to the ball. Hence, more clubhead speed more easily and less compensations. That's the theory anyway.
For me, flaring both feet out a bit more helped my hips turn in a centered fashion more easily and my weight move forward, and at the same time kept the club on line better going back. I can't exactly tell if you do that already from the video but it helps your balance if you do because of all the torque your feet can handle from that position. I'd do that, and try to keep your elbows in a better position. They don't have to be super close together or at perfect angles with the ground, but improving a few things could fix that position. I wouldn't give the elbow thing priority until you improve key #2: weight forward, using a few of the posted drills. Don't worry about how you hit the ball during the drills either, it will help if you are patient.
So I've diagnosed one problem, I'd suggest you listen to any instructors on the site and work on small bits at a time that they might give you. You should also read up a bit on the articles and such on this site, they are helpful if you understand them, though they don't necessarily tell you the best way to fix things; that's what the instructors are for.
