Practice at home

If I want to practice at home but can only really do movements and a few swings like in my video what would be the most beneficial way to practice without going to the range and having limited space inside?

Drills in slow motion, 50% speed, really emphasize the change you want. 

 

For example, I am working on getting my backswing more on plane. So I do about 20 GOOD SLOW REPS were I force that feeling I want. I just do backswing, no downswing.

Yeah I do backswing reps, getting good positions. Wondering on easy drills like that for central pivot?

Impact bag works great...and a mirror/video camera. Helped me anyways.

Also struggling to not straighten my right knee and almost lock it at the top of the backswing, really need to fix that.

Why would he want his knee locked straight at the top of his backswing?

Not saying that it should lock out, but it should become straighter.

 

Anyways, I don't want to really get any more off-topic than this... as far as practice at home goes, it can be very effective. Like @saevel25 said, make slow swings focusing on your priority piece. A few minutes each night can make a big difference.
