Car crapped out this morning. Pissing transmission fluid. It's a 2012, no warning, about a 15 minute span between first strange sounds and warning lights coming on. No work today. Wonder if I can get my golf bag on a bicycle.

I saw a kid riding a bike on the course carrying his bag on his back.... Was strange but interesting.

Hopefully it's under warranty. Trans jobs can be expensive. :bugout:

Better ****ing be under warranty. Car is only 2 years old. Might just be a busted hose or seal.

Wow! Good thing she didn't have guests and tell them to just go take the spare bedroom.

At least they were in the open and easy to kill.

I stood outside for quite a while this evening after blowing dust up the pipe with my leaf blower and don't see any signs of life. I told my wife it was a little disappointing that my hornet killing fun may be over.

(She didn't see the humor since she got stung).

(Unless they are as crazy as I was and actually like the Hell of practice).

Good luck on your upcoming season.

Thanks, and I'm sure you're right. I remember how happy I always as for school to start so two a days would be over, and how I was even more happy in college for three a days to be over!

This time of year is always a little bittersweet because as excited as I get that it's football season, it means I'm all but done golfing for the year.

Kicking back sipping Cerveza and Margaritas and hitting balls into my net.

Hope to get back on the course tomorrow morning and shoot better than I have been the last two days.

Here's a pic from yesterday's gig. The rain held off for the most part. We did have a shower come through and I figures out that I was completely under the canopy.

It's still pretty sore. I re-injured it Friday evening chasing a dog that escaped.

That sucks. We had a dog when I was growing up that used to bolt out the door. I loved that dog, but that was never fun.

I just found out that the bar where most of our gigs were booked closed today. It's bad when a bar can't even survive.

Yeah. It's been a pretty crappy year. Of course I've said that for the last few years now.
