I've been Playing Golf for: 6 years on/off - practiced seriously for the last 1 or 2 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 10
My typical ball flight is: low and short
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: I sometimes struggle with consistent contact off the ground which gives me inconsistent distances, and I'd like more distance overall - do I need to get in the gym and work on physical strength to generate more club head speed or is my technique limiting rotation?
