SLDR mini driver...2 wood?

just saw this on my twitter feed its projected to be debuted on tour around the masters. 250 cc 12 degrees of loft, reminds me of Phils phrankenwood. Ive been looking for a 2 wood for a while, especially a Long tom 2 wood, but this looks like it might be a good alternative.

Hmmm…this SLDR doesn't seem to have a…slider...

It better cost less than $200 dollars then. Not adjustable at all, that's at least worth half the cost of the driver

Hey man, it's the "S-L-D-R" according to a commercial I saw last weekend. That's just your fault for reading too much into four letters. b2_tongue.gif

(Also, the SLDR woods and hybrids also don't have sliders, so it's not completely unprecedented.)

looks like sockets for weight screw things on the bottom.. so adjustability might be there.

Pretty much the same type club as my Driveway and the Ping Rapture that is coming out. With the price of the Rapture at about $450 and this thing probably pretty similar, I will stick with the Driveway.

It has been posted on taylormade a website. 43.5 inch shaft. Comes in 12,14,16 degree lofts; 260cc head
