How much practice a day does it take to get good?

Slow methodical movements. Isolate a single area you want to improve upon and work on that till you are proficient.
For example in my case I am working on the hand position at the top of the backswing. Less behind more, more over my right foot. So It is this one specific look I want to see more in the video. To do this I do a lot of movements with out hitting a golf ball. Slow motion swings, less than 50% speed, really drilling in the feel I want.
But I am not a natural athlete and I need to do work to progress. I have friends who don't play and practice and can break 80 on almost any day
When I was first starting out many, many years ago, a pro told me I needed to have a club in my hand every day. Putting, pitching, full practice swings whatever, but feel a club in your hand every day. I followed that advice and years later played to a 5 handicap. I played or practiced every single day.
My advice, take it for what its worth, I'm no pro.
Work on swinging the club fully and keeping your balance throughout the swing
Pitch and chip to a target-always always always work on where you want the ball to land. Pick out a leaf or try to hit into a bucket. Focus on a landing point!
There's no such thing as too much putting practice. Experiment with putters, grips, stances,
remember what works and try to repeat it.
