I've been Playing Golf for:​ Playing for 15yrs off and on, been playing weekly for the past 2yrs
My current handicap index or average score is: Currently playing to a 12 handicap
My typical ball flight is: a mid flight
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: pushing the ball right

It's funny how we always head to the course thinking we got it figured out or we're gonna try something different. Golf is definitely a constant work in progress. I don't think there is another activity that has so much fun and frustration packed into 4 hrs. Anyways heres my hack

@bentvalve it looks like you are not transferring weight forward into impact.  I would guess you may have some low point issues with your irons as well.  Maybe hitting shots fat every now and then?

Thanks Cipher for the input and the link, you mentioned that I might have an issue hitting it fat from time to time. I took a lesson awhile back and the instructor taught me the "stack and tilt" on my loftier clubs (8i on up) which seemed to help with my accuracy a bit and actually took a consistent 4 to 5 strokes off my game. Now it seems as though the "stack and tilt" is leaking down to my long irons and I have been hitting shots fat!!

@bentvalve - your camera is a little too far to the right for good analysis. Try to line it up so it is shooting directly down your toe line. This will make it easier for people to see what's really going on and to provide good advice.

 

Also, as it appears that your priority piece is most likely tied to weight shift (Key#2 as @cipher pointed out) you should try to upload some face-on video which is generally more helpful for diagnosing key#2 issues.
