Morning. since the beginning of the year i have lost almost 20 pounds. since i started playing again and practicing i have noticed alot more of my shots are pulled left. I no it is caused from coming over the top or getting quick with my transiction down. can anyone maybe assist. or maybe give me some tips how to correct it. thanks

Welcome @owens251109 to the Sand Trap

I'll let some of the instructors on the site help diagnose your swing issue.  Congrats on the weight loss and yes the weight loss can alter your swing.

I used to be a personal trainer, 20 lbs is typically about 2" off the waist line of the average male.  Your sleeker body could be causing you to now set up too far from the ball as you don't have as much belly to clear.  Also the weight loss might have added some additional flexion in your swing that is messing with your timing.

I'd suggest you create a MySwing thread, post a video of your swing and let the guys here take a look.

There's a lot of good information here, and a great bunch of guys.  I look forward to seeing you participate in the other threads.
