I am interested to listen to opinions on this subject.......I understand the 5 just struggling a bit

Thanks for any imput

No. You can still do each of the keys. If you're somehow limited to 60° of backswing, and you're doing that as well as you can and something else is a priority, well then move on.

5SK doesn't say you have to get 90° of torso turn (I'm assuming that's what you're seeing by saying you're not flexible). It simply says that your head should be relatively steady by turning properly during the backswing. If your backswing is shorter, so be it, as long as it's done properly.

5SK is about improving your priority piece. If you're working on improving one of the five keys, you'll be getting better.

What adjustments… to what? I'm not sure I understand.

Work towards the key which you do the worst, which is the top priority. That's always the idea, and it doesn't change if you're 90 years old, or limited, or left-handed, or whatnot.

Never got it.
