I live in vegas, do they charge a arm and a leg in your city ? Its ridiculous.

This is from the site.

The app

Appears to be different days.  Friday vs. some other day.  Times and number of players for each course should be identical.  Also note that the cheaper time has a resident restriction to it, while the other does not appear to.  We get a lot of that in FL too.

Of course, there could be an issue with the system and they'll appreciate it if you bring it to their attention.

FWIW, GolfNow does NOT set the pricing.  That's up to the individual courses.  The only pricing GN sets is that of their "Hot Deals" because they own those tee times as their compensation from the courses.

Gotta say though, I really don't care for the functionality of the mobile app.  I use the full site, even on my phone.

That was searched for the same day but the app and site showed different times. I agree the website seems the best way to go. Sorta off topic, but im bummed since the rewards program changed. Last year was awesome getting a free single, twosome, threesome and foursome. The foursome won me brownie points from my boss when he thought I paid for his golf at a pricy course :) Don't get me wrong a $250 gift card from Cleveland golf is nice too.

Well one says resident, the other doesn't? not sure if they give a deal to those who live there.

Also, maybe more people use the app. More people they could charge more due to the demand.

New rewards program sucks.  No doubt about it.  I personally told the VP of sales and the director of customer service too.

I have no use for Cleveland or Srixon gift cards.  I'll buy balls and give 'em away to buddies, but that's it.  Certainly no incentive to use the site.  I use them anyways because I genuinely like them, but the rewards do nothing to drive me there.

Very true. There were times last year were I was encouraged to go out and play solely because I knew free golf on the horizon. I'd much rather take the free golf at a very expensive place. that I normally wouldn't be able to play because of money.  Hopefully they go back to the old way, the mistake they made was they gave you reward credits for the free rounds of golf (That's four bookings alone) and if I'm not mistaken a couple times if I booked the same tee time twice. For instance if I added another player to the booking it would count that as one extra reward credit.

There is still free golf just not what it was in 2013. The Cleveland cards are meh. I already have some 40.00 and I couldn't pull the trigger on a towel and I use 588 irons. Anyway here the fees are identical site or app.

Kinda.  More in the form of $'s off, so if you play less expensive courses, or just apply the savings to yourself, you could call it "free", but it's not anything like last year.

I didn't play a single free round last year (and I maxed out on them) that would have cost less than $125 had I paid for it.  The only disappointment was we couldn't get a free 4-some together to go up to TPC Sawgrass.  Just couldn't make it happen.......but it was available if we could have.

Hell, they even did away with the annual "leaderboard" and the additional rewards for being among the top bookers in the area.

Ah well, all good things come to an end......  I'm still a fan though, and who knows, maybe I'll get another call in December! :-)

I don't remember were last years freebies hot deal times too? That's going to be the snag for me, most of those times are middle of the day here. It will limit me to Sunday only and I hate playing on packed Sun courses.

Yes. The freebie was a hot deal. I spent my single at The Dallas Cowboys golf club a value $189 with a 8 am tee time. I guess it all depends where you live.

All freebies are Hot Deals. Those are the only times that GN actually owns.....and as such the only ones they can discount or give away.
