Yes, I did back in 2004???, we thru our badges into a hat for player assignment, each badge was fished out in order of tee time assignment! I got woods on day one, along with Stuart Applbey and the Japanese guy who used to wear the cowboy hat. The following day was Rocco and newbie Ricky Barnes, Rocco wouldn't stop talking to everyone. Day 3 I had Darren Clark- he smoked like a chimney but boy could he stroke a golf ball. It's a good time but make no mistake you are working. I have some tiger stories of some of his shots that I was amazed at! being so close inside the ropes walking with him. You can't speak with the players. Everyone should do it once, come to think of it I would do it again.

I won't be walking with the groups. I'll be stationed with the laser by the ropes. The only op I would have to chat with a player is if they hit a bad shot. I don't think I want to chat with any of these guys if they are that far off the FW.

I won't be walking with the groups. I'll be stationed with the laser by the ropes. The only op I would have to chat with a player is if they hit a bad shot. I don't think I want to chat with any of these guys if they are that far off the FW.


My friend did that, he was along the ropes with a tripod and Laser, another time he was in a tower on the back side of the green- he said he was bored to death.

also chatting or even speaking with players is forbidden- even of spoken to.
