I have to agree with the badger on this one. The ball makes a difference. If you choose to play a high spin ball for better bite into the greens, you also have to be prepared for more spin with your driver. For scrambles I hit Pinnacles (or similar) with the driver because of the raw distance but also because of the less spin. For my remaining shots, it's a Pro V1 or similar.
