Does it matter even if you have let's say your shoulderline at an open stance (lined up similarly as an open clubface might be)

explain that in more detail. I am finding it hard to understand what you are asking.

Well what's open for the clubface is closed for the shoulders, right? And vice-a-versa? I guess that could be confusing, but it's just the convention. As your shoulders turn through, they are opening, as the clubface turns through, it is closing.

Normally, you would start out with the shoulders square to the target line, and tilted slightly so that the back shoulder is lower than the front.  If the shoulders are slightly open or closed at address though, that might not matter so long as you get into a proper position in the backswing, and then deliver the clubface square through impact.  It might be a problem though if this postion causes an incorrect path in your backswing and downswing.

I seem to have problem at adress with the driver.

I put ball at the line of lead foot.

But when I hover the ddriver-head near the ball on the tee - I can only reach for the ball with my shoulders open (in this case yes - open shoulders cause closed clubface when adressing the ball.)

Im simply unable to hover the clubface near the ball with neutral shoulders and neutral clubface (square clubface square shoulders yes of course the lead shoulder is above the backshoulder because of the golf grip...)

Take a look at the first video in the first post of this thread: http://thesandtrap.com/t/46818/driving-tips-vids

It may explain what you're experiencing.

For a driver you want the shoulders to be square or even aimed a little right. It doesn't take any special skills to aim right, you just need to do it. It might help to have your hips pushed a little forward (towards the target) at address.
