He's done that this year, great first round followup by two junk rounds.  But it's the back nine and it looks like people are playing even, not birdie (except for a couple guys).

Maybe if it's really bad, he'll get it out of his system in just one round and still play well.

it's early yet

I see Camillo Villegas is currently leading. So we'll have to hear about that stupid spider stance thing the rest of the time he sticks around. Ugh.

Woah! Rory ain't playing so good today. Damn.

Golf's hard.

Anybody think he's going to go from 63 to 80?

GHIN, you don't have to answer that one ;-).

He's had horrible Fridays recently. Hopefully he makes up for it on the back nine...

Wait... what? Man I haven't seen that guy on the leaderboard for a long time, heck I didn't even know he was still playing.

But I like him, so I hope he plays well.

Better front 9 for Rory - hopefully this is just one day.

Our #1 player looking steady, especially since he seems to finish well

how about that Casey - only 7 hole in and 2 birdies and an eagle.....

Spieth holding steady as well. I'd guess the lead will be -7 or -8 by EoD so all the top guns will be in the hunt this weekend, including Phil. Should be fun...

Bad day for Rory - maybe he has a wrist injury..............:-\

I was standing at 18 when he skulled his 3 over to the #10 tee box. Hit his next shot almost perfect, but it went to the front of the green. Then holed a huge putt to save bogey. Saw more bogeys on 18 than pars, except Dustin Johnson who birdied.

Hopefully you don't see too much.. :))

Gotta give Bubba credit. He's been playing steady all year, even after his Masters win. He's thrusting himself into the conversation as one of the favorites at Pinehurst.

Bubba'd swing really had Jack perplexed today on the commentary. Pulling for someone from the second to last pairing tomorrow, Matsuyama or Scott.

Pulling for Spieth or Horschel tomorrow. Please no Bubba

I was glad to see Casey in the mix again. Some reason I have always liked the golfer. Too bad he lost it today.
