Hi guys I've got a titleist 910 d2 driver fitted with a stiff project x 7c3 shaft. My ball flight is low-mid and I feel I'm losing a bit of distance and ideally would like a bit higher launching shaft. Can anyone recommend any shafts please?

Many driving ranges have a barrel of used clubs for the average player. Pick out a couple drivers and hit them then write down some notes what ball flight, distance you got from each one. Go back and hit a couple more and write down your results concentrating on shaft manufacturer, flex, loft of driver. That should give you an idea what best fits your swing.

The PX shaft you're playing is definitely designed to launch the ball somewhat low, so the good news is there are a lot of options to help get a higher trajectory, but saevel is right...without knowing your launch numbers or knowing a little more about your game or what you like/don't like it's hard to make a suggestion.

What other shafts have you played in the past that produced a good trajectory for you?

Bridgestone j40 445 w/ Graphite Design AD DJ-7
Callaway Steelhead Plus 3 wood w/ RCH Pro Series 3.2
Adams Idea Pro hybrids (3 & 4) w/ Aldila VS Proto
Bridgestone j33 CB (5-PW) w/ original Rifle 5.5
Bridgestone West Coast 52*, j40 satin 56* & 60* w/ DG S-300
Odyssey White Hot XG #9
Bridgestone B330-RX

Have you adjusted the loft? You can add 1.50 degrees (or .75 deg) of loft which may solve your issue.

I want to bump this. What is the highest launching driver shaft over the last two years or so? Anyone have any recommendations?

I have a FUJIKURA MOTORE F3 60 Driver shaft in stiff.  It is high to mid high launch.  I like it a lot.

I had the same problem as you. Struggled with the PX and the Ahina for months. Bought a made for Titleist Kal'i 65 in stiff and problem solved. Nice boring mid high ball flight. Got all of my distance back and probably a little more. 108 to 110 swing speed and the shaft holds up great. Good thing is you can find these pretty cheap too. Hope it helps and good luck!

Timely.

I have a Callaway Razr Fit that had a Aldila RIP'd NV in R in the thing. This is my "range beater". The problem with the RIP'd NV shaft is that I have to swing out of my socks to hit it. When I do that I get great distance and flight, but I'm never going to swing like that on the course. Aldila shafts are fitted A-flex: 75 to 90 mph; R-flex: 90-100 mph. So R-flex is like a stiff in some other shafts.

My Big Bertha is cut to 44" -- Fubuki Z50 shaft in R (for 80-90 mph)

I wanted to shorten my Razr Fit to the same length so I wrapped some electrical tape around the butt end of the grip. This made the shaft feel even stiffer. Grrr. I don't want to bang my good driver with those rocks at the range.

The shop at the range had a 3-wood Aldila Trinity shaft in A-flex for the Razr Fit which was 1/4" shorter than the shaft on my Big Bertha

The Aldila Trinity shaft was a lot easier to hit, caused no loss of distance for a normal hit, and it didn't feel like I was hitting with a board. It is a higher launch shaft, and matched my BB's shaft more closely for feel. I really like the feel of this shaft.

The best part? Since they had no use for the shaft because it had the Razr Fit tip on it, it was free . Regular price $200.
