The putter is not his friend this morning.....

I may have to go to the range for 30-60 minutes... It's hard to watch Tiger stink it up. If I'm gonna watch someone stink at golf, it's going to be me, damn it! :-P

Ahhh, enter Lefty. Too bad he's not in contention.

Maureen Madill (following Tiger) "I have to say, Tiger doesn't look exactly thrilled to be here"

Peter Alliss "I find that most extraordinary"

OK, this was said after Tiger missed a green from 120 yds, by 20yds, and then left himself a 20 footer..... but ..... wild speculation time!. Tom said he was going to speak with Tiger during this week and tell him what was required etc Might that conversation have taken place last night? and might it not have gone well?

Hell, Alliss is even talking about Tiger retiring

"If you can't put it together anymore, there comes a time when you have to leave the stage"

Mark James leaps in and Alliss starts back pedalling

Good morning everyone! This is great footage of Rory choosing his hat for the day.

I just got $30 on Fowler to wear orange at evens, it was a special offer. Printing money.  Of course there was a limit to how much you can bet.

Tell me he's wearing orange!

Looks like even par from Rory might get it done. Pretty much anything under par is a lock for his 3rd Major at 25 years old.

You win. Enjoy your $30.

I wish whomever is getting text messages in the booth would shut their phone off. It is irritating to hear it over the broadcast.

Use the force Ricky.

Do or do not. There is no try.

He'll need more than the force today. He needs Rory to back up to have a chance. I don't see Fowler shooting 65 today.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned, but Rorys Dad bet £400 at 500/1 that he would win the Open before he turned 26.

Lost in all this -- it seems the Nike Clubs do work for Rors.

(Backstory -- remember last year's hub-bub)

Think Ricky lost it yesterday when he backed up and Rors zoomed ahead.

Tom Watson shot 68 today
