I was curious as to other golfers workout routines during the season. I have been debating some different things with myself and I was curious to other views. If you are golfing two or three times a week is working out hard actually hurting your game?
Workouts during the Season
I think you can work out hard and be fine. I have two big workouts a week, power lifting and kettlebell class back to back twice a week and it doesn't effect my golf swing. Yes there are some days you'll be sore but long term it's not a big deal IMO If anything it helps your stamina and helps you be more "aware" of your body. There are plenty of guys on various tours that work out regularly and play on the same day.
