Total beginner, buying first set of clubs

Hey everybody first post here, just looking for some advice. I am buying my first set of clubs, buying used and not sure which is the better deal.

TNT golf club set
pw-9 irons
1-3-5 wood
all with graphite shafts
putter
$60

Callaway big bertha driver
Altima gold graphite shaft 3-5 wood
Altima gold steel shaft pw-9 irons
no putter
$80

I was thinking about getting the 2nd deal, but I'd rather not buy a putter seperately. Just wondering if the 2nd deal is that much better to justify buying a putter. Again, I'm a total beginner, with 3 rounds of golf under my belt.

Haven't heard of them except for the Big Bertha driver ... it must be the old BB driver.

I would get the first set.  If  you find you like golf, you would want to upgrade either set anyway.

I would get the second set too. And as said, if you still love the game and are playing regularly after a few months then you can begin upgrading things bit by bit. Good Luck and enjoy the game!
