So, I wanted to get some new golf shafts. I bought two from Golfworks, which is located in Newark, OH. Well, I forgot that small piece of information, and I wanted the items I bought quicker. So I ended up opting for the 2 day shipping which is requires shipping by airplane. Later that day, after their customer service hours, I remembered they are from Ohio. I was thinking, well would they just air ship it to Dayton's airport. I was going to call them today to see if I could switch the shipping.

Well, I found out earlier today that they cancelled my 2 day shipping for the standard shipping. If you go to their website, they show a map of the country and Ohio is typically 1 day shipping by ground.

So with out asking them, they switched the shipping to the fastest time and discounted me the shipping upcharge.

Way to think of the consumer first Golfworks!!

GolfWorks is always great. Most of my clubs are still from them.
