I have been getting more and more into Sasquatch hunthing/tracking.  We just called together an d held a meeting for everybody in town who was interested to tell us about any times they saw a sasquatch or skunk ape.  It was priddy pathetic how almost no one showed up becase they are scared of being prosicuted by the media, and the ones who did show up where quacks .

I am sure everyone has already seen the story but a few years ago, maybe early 80s a 4some got attacked at Brandon's Dunes up in the Nrtheast.  The foursome was found in the woods close to the garden shack and all of them had their britches and briefs torn off or taken off.  When the golf course worker found them they was real sweatty and startled.  they told the worker that his loud music on his golf cart scared way the primate and they thanked him for saving them  from the beast (thank god he shoed up when he did) and they still had enought time to finish up the charity scramble.  Please add your encounter:

Also, just throwing this out there since this forum is 21+.  Most amateurs over swing on their backswing - its a fact so i don't care if you disagree.  Anyway, why not make a device, like a long string that goes from the handle of your club to (the tip of your most sensitive body part), but make the string only long enough to support a compact backswing?

or is this a better one for this situation

:loco:

but don't get me wrong, I did find your idea of how to help with the overswing interesting.. not sure if I'll try though!

Good to hear from you Gilberg.....

You need to post when you're going to have a meeting like that.  Some of us might consider flying in for it.  Sounds worthwhile!

I'm guessing the scramble was in support of the local GLBTA?

In Ohio, it's the Grassman, and I'm quite sure that he stalks me and sometimes hides my ball when I'm not looking.

Have you checked your wife's purse?  That's where mine sometimes disappear to....... ;-)

No. She's never around the golf course, so it has to be something in nature causing the mysterious ball disappearance, therefore, it has to be the Grassman of Ohio.

    • Day 76 - Pretty sore today, so I opted for putting over my Stack session. Primary focus was on starting line, as my putting has been pretty poor this year.
    • Been a bit of delay in updates but I needed to come back east as my mom's health has taken a serious turn for the worse. In a 3 day span we learned she had a tumor to she has stage 4 cancer and stopped eating and drinking for the most part. She has had a rough 3 months but certainly didn't think we'd be at the point of setting up hospice for her. My mom was never into any sports really other than following the Red Sox because my dad was a big fan. She always cared about what we were involved in including asking about how golf went.  I have kept up with my 5 minutes of daily practice and will go to the gym here in NH tomorrow morning. Despite the somber nature of this trip my family has commented more than a few times about my weight loss so it's important to me to keep it up. I know my mom always wanted us happy in whatever we did so I'll continue with my fitness journey keeping that in mind.
    • Day 109- Putting drills on a putting green for 20 minutes.
    • Day 252: did a stack session. Did some slow rehearsal swings during breaks.
    • Day 82: 3/18/24 Tried a Stack session but could not certify my warmup. Finished with indoor chips and putting.
