More than football? More than baseball? I'm referring to watching/rooting, etc. I'm assuming playing golf is probably everybody's favorite sport. Also...any golf video game fans here?? Haha

Yup. Good golf, particularly. Can't really image a better thing to watch on a Sunday than a particularly good round of golf. And it has the added advantage that I can actually play it. Can't say that about baseball or football.

As a fan: No not even close. College football is number 1 and golf passed up baseball for the number 2 spot sometime in the last few years. To play: Yes.

My favorite sport is fishing, but playing golf is a very close second. As far as watching a sport, the NFL get me going when the right teams meet each other. I watch MLB sometimes. I don't pay any attention to soccer, or hockey. I don't start watching the NBA until the conference championships start.

Watching golf is not something I like to do, unless I physically go to a tournament. I don't mind reading about various aspects of the golf swing.  I am firm believer that golf should be played, and not watched. That said, I have been known to watch a few minutes of televised tournaments over the span of 4 days. I have a few favorite players on the senior tour, but that's about it.

I have two favorite pro teams. Those being the Packers, and Cubs. Yes I said the Cubs. I am the other one.

I watch football (unless it's a boring game) over golf because football is only on television 20 weeks (pre-season isn't football) of the year.  I like watching golf too and will sometimes do a picture in picture of them both and swap them depending on what's happening.  It also works out that football is at it's peak when golf is at it's low.  The early 2015 golf season with the wrap-around tends to be a lot of weaker pro's and web.com guys trying to win some FedEx points while the top pro's take vacation.

I like to play golf but it depends upon the crowd. I enjoy mountain biking but to watch on TV, NCAA football and NCAA basketball. I don't like pro sports except for soccer

Absolutely not lol. I enjoy following NBA, NFL and pro surfing a lot more than golf.

Playing golf probably comes in 3rd, after basketball and surfing.

Yes. I was thinking about what evidence I had to answer the question, and with one side of my shop filled with golf clubs and benders, it was pretty clear. I actually found a football, but I won it in a golf tournament.

No...still love motorcycle road racing, even though I don't race anymore, still watch, and sometimes attend races whenever they are on tv, which is not to often.... :-(

Still, it's hard to let a day go by w/o at least hitting some balls.

Yes, golf is my favorite sport to watch. Love watching the Masters and the other majors. Even when we lose the Ryder Cup I like watching the competition. I enjoy the team atmosphere and it's fun seeing the players get pumped up and root each other on.

I used to watch all kinds of sports with NBA and NFL being my favorites to watch. These days I don't watch much TV at all. I rather go play golf or snowboard.
