New year.....New goals

Just wondering what goals everyone has set them self for this year.

Last year i was playing off of 18 and my target was to get down to 15. By the end of the summer after a couple of second places at my local club im now off of 14.

This year my target is to be playing from 12.

As a foot note has anyone got any tips on getting handicap down from a mid teen to single figures that i can get working on, as that is my goal to get to single figures.
