Putting together my first set of clubs

So I'm putting together my first set of clubs and this is what I currently have Driver, 5W, 3W, 3H, 4H, 5H. I'm now looking into a set of irons, but I don't know what I still need. Do I get a 4-PW set or do I not need the 4 and 5 iron since I have the hybrids?

5- gap wedge, then a sw! You may find you'll eventually ditch the 5H, So I would go from 5i - pw, and if the set comes with an optional gap wedge? ( most sets do nowadays!) I'd get that too as it will match the weight and feel as the rest of your irons, as for sand wedge, you'll need one, but not necessarily one that comes with the set, you can get really good season old ones at great prices, before choosing a sw though, do some research on the clubs " bounce" and try a few first if possible!

I read in another thread Tommy Armour 845 iron sets are going for around $40 on ebay. Can't get a better iron set for that price.

I'm like the poster child for Tour Edge in a dead zone for them... but I would pick up a set of either Bazooka Max-D45, Bazooka Max-D, or Exotics XCG5 if you did that any way, their may be bigger OEMs with bigger advertising budgets, but their customer service is second-to-none and a limited lifetime warranty cannot beat that... As a regard to your question, I would try to find a set where you can choose your irons... or get a 5-PW, GW, SW set... Are you looking at New or used irons?

      Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat
